We are thrilled to partner with Dr. Melissa Franklin of Growth Mindset Communications to delve into operationalizing equity, from understanding implicit biases and cultural inequities, to incorporating equity strategies in all aspects of your operations.
FOR: directors, supervisors, managers, and decision-makers in all departments of your organization including HR, finance, marketing, in addition to direct program staff.
